Avid foodie and craft beer enthusiast
I have been pescatarian for my entire life but also enjoy eating vegetarian. I am fortunate to live by an eclectic and vibrant culinary scene filled with an evergrowing population of craft breweries. The abundance of choices allows me to endlessly experience new places while induldging in exquisite plates and local brews. Find me geeking out over beautifully prepared dishes in thoughtfully crafted environments or hanging out at a local hole-in-the-wall.
Binge reader of sci-fi and multi generational sagas
Some of my fondest early memories are times spent browsing library shelves and bookstores. There is great satisfaction from discovering a fantastic novel and having the time to absorb the literary world in a singular day. Though I don’t mind savoring a good read when binge reading is not an option. Below are a few of my favorite titles.
Wanderlust addict / aspiring landscape photographer
With an unsatiable appetite for adventure, I often enjoy solo travel (it’s a spectaular way for getting to know myself better and immersing myself in the local culture). I tend to favor nature trips involving national parks or UNESCO world heritage sites and biospheres; I enjoy capturing quiet moments in nature as well as dabbling in self-portaiture. One of my favorite parts of travel is meeting locals and other travelers alike. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting 17 countries across 5 different continents and 36 states in the US thus far.
